What is your turn time on a Turn-key order?
For Turn-key orders, the lead time mainly depends on the speed at which we can source all the necessary components. We will keep you updated through daily email communication. While waiting for all parts to arrive, we will proceed with fabricating the PCBs and preparing the stencil, so assembly can begin as soon as the components are available.
How do you handle component shortages?
We work with global franchised distributors and have an experienced sourcing team to find alternatives or manage inventory.
How do you ensure the quality of PCBA assemblies?
We strictly adhere to IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, and use a combination of automated testing and manual inspection to ensure every assembled board meets the required standards.

What if I find any defects or problems after I received your assembled boards?
1）Please provide feedback and describe any defects either online or via email.
2）We would appreciate it if you could return some of the defective PCBs for further analysis.
3）Based on your feedback, we will ask the relevant departments to form research teams and hold meetings to analyze, discuss, and propose appropriate solutions.
