What files and documents do you need to provide for my PCB order?
We require the complete PCB files (Gerber, other PCB files, etc.), Centroid (Pick & Place PNP file, XY data, or other formats), BOM, and all other necessary documents, images, or photos are complete for the assembly process work.
How do you handle the excessive and unused parts?
Excess parts may be present due to our practice of requesting a percentage of overage for consigned or kitted orders, or purchasing extra for turnkey orders. For any unused parts, you can choose to have them shipped back with your PCBA or stored in our warehouse for future orders. The decision is yours.
How do you request for the shipping and marking of the parts for the consigned or kitted order?
We hope you can mark on any individual package or box with the corresponding line number on BOM, manufacturer’s part# or customer’s part#, quantities. A detailed packing list is preferred to enable us to count and check upon receipt of your parts.
How do I place my order?
You can submit your order by sending the necessary files (such as BOM, Gerber, Centroid files, etc.) to our designated email address.
Can you source some parts for my assembly?
Yes. This practice is called partial Turn-key. You can supply some parts, and we source the rest of the parts on your behalf. We will ask for your approval for anything that is not sure at our side. In case parts crossing or substitution is needed, we will again ask for your final approval.
How do you ensure the quality of PCBA assemblies?
We strictly adhere to IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, and use a combination of automated testing and manual inspection to ensure every assembled board meets the required standards.
What types of testing services do you provide?
We offer functional testing, electrical testing, visual inspection, Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), and other testing services to ensure product quality.
What if I find any defects or problems after I received your assembled boards?
1)Please provide feedback and describe any defects either online or via email.
2)We would appreciate it if you could return some of the defective PCBs for further analysis.
3)Based on your feedback, we will ask the relevant departments to form research teams and hold meetings to analyze, discuss, and propose appropriate solutions.
Do you provide visual inspection after assembly?
Yes, we offer comprehensive visual inspection services to ensure the accuracy of component placement and soldering, and that it meets your requirements.
What is your turn time on a Turn-key order?
For Turn-key orders, the lead time mainly depends on the speed at which we can source all the necessary components. We will keep you updated through daily email communication. While waiting for all parts to arrive, we will proceed with fabricating the PCBs and preparing the stencil, so assembly can begin as soon as the components are available.
